This is an appeal from a judgment of total and permanent disability in a workmens compensation case. Plaintiff was injured in the course of his employment when he fell from a derrick to the ground. He expended $190. for doctors care and treatment. The issues as to extent and duration of plaintiffs disability were very close, and highly contested. The testimony of plaintiff, plaintiffs wife, and Dr. Mahon sustain the verdict, while Dr. Frieburgs testimony is in direct conflict therewith.
